My tender pumpkin spice cupcakes topped with fluffy cream cheese frosting are always a crowd pleaser.  Choose your topping: candy pumpkins with fall leaf sprinkles, or crumbled pumpkin spice cake (similar to how the Red Velvet cupcakes are topped). I can also top them with Halloween sprinkles for Halloween parties!
