A big crowd pleaser, these moist white cupcakes are loaded with Oreo Cookies, topped with a fluffy, creamy Oreo frosting and topped with a mini Oreo cookie.  I’ve never liked Oreo’s, but I love these cupcakes, and everyone who’s tried them is a big fan, young and old alike.   The frosting is similar to Oreo fluff and so good, I have sold it in cups by itself, with spoons!
