These are a perfect cross between cake and candy!  Chocolate cake truffles are crafted to resemble tiny cupcakes.  The inside is a combination of Veronica’s best chocolate cake and rich chocolate frosting, and the outside is white and milk chocolate with nonpareils sprinkled on top.  These are ridiculously delicious!
